Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how IT Delivery Assurance, operated by Premium Framework (the "Firm", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information through itdeliveryassurance.com (the "Site").
1. Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to inbound requests:
- Intake form submissions: name, work email address, organization (optional), and the brief situation you describe.
- Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) collected by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not run analytics on this Site at this time.
2. How we use it
Information submitted through the intake form is used solely to:
- Reply to your request within one business day.
- Determine whether a confidential review engagement may be appropriate.
- Maintain a record of inbound interest for our internal operations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it for marketing campaigns or newsletters.
3. Form processing and storage
Form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service that performs server-side spam filtering and forwards the message to our internal email. Web3Forms's privacy practices are governed by their own policy.
Once received, your submission is stored in our internal email system and treated as confidential business correspondence.
4. Confidentiality
Information disclosed in the course of an engagement (interviews, documents, findings) is treated as confidential and is governed by a mutual non-disclosure agreement signed before work begins. Findings are delivered only to the commissioning executive and are not circulated without written direction.
5. Compliance
We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) as it applies to our commercial activities in Canada, and with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) for any electronic communication we initiate.
Our reply to your inbound intake is initiated by you and is not unsolicited commercial electronic mail.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. Retention
Inbound intake submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond and, where an engagement results, for the duration of that engagement plus seven years for record-keeping purposes consistent with Canadian professional practice norms.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
9. Contact
