Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of itdeliveryassurance.com (the "Site"), operated by Premium Framework (the "Firm", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about the Firm's independent IT delivery assurance reviews. It is intended for executives evaluating whether an independent review may be appropriate for a specific situation. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or fiduciary advice.

2. Engagements are separately contracted

An inbound intake submission does not create an engagement, contract, or advisory relationship. Engagements are scoped, priced, and contracted separately in writing before work begins. Each engagement is fixed-scope, ends at the decision the commissioning executive needs to make, and does not include implementation support or standing advisory work.

3. Confidentiality

Information disclosed in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and is governed by a mutual non-disclosure agreement signed before work begins. Findings are delivered only to the commissioning executive and are not circulated without written direction.

4. No reliance by third parties

Engagement deliverables are produced for the commissioning executive only. No third party may rely on findings, briefs, or recommendations without the Firm's prior written consent.

5. Site content

All Site content (text, structure, visual identity, the IT Delivery Assurance brand mark) is the property of Premium Framework and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or adapted without written permission. Engagement examples shown on the Site are illustrative composites; specific client names, figures, and findings are confidential and are not disclosed.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. The Firm's liability for any matter relating to a contracted engagement is governed by the engagement contract, not by these Terms.

7. Intake form and electronic communication

By submitting the intake form, you consent to receive a single reply from the Firm related to your inquiry. We do not enroll inbound contacts in newsletters or marketing campaigns. See our Privacy Policy for how submissions are handled.

8. Jurisdiction and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Contact
